    We review both addresses, dates and availability, then provide a full quote and agree on approval and payment responsibility.

    They pack and settle in.

    We deliver empty totes before the move. The employee or their chosen movers pack and transport their belongings.

    We collect the empties.

    Once they’ve unpacked, we collect the empty totes at the agreed location and time. Changes can be discussed with the rental contact.

Can the employer pay for the rental?

Yes, we can discuss a rental paid for by the employer or relocation provider. We’ll agree on the authorized contact, complete price and payment arrangement before confirming.

Can employees use their relocation allowance?

Employees should check their employer’s policy and any approval requirements first. We provide a full rental quote to help them make that decision; reimbursement is determined by their employer.

Which employee moves are a good fit?

Local or regional moves with both addresses in our service plan are a good starting point, including a move from temporary housing to a permanent home. Share both locations and dates so we can check the details.

What if a moving company is already involved?

Check with the mover before arranging totes to make sure rented containers fit their packing and transport plan. Duck Duck Tote delivers and collects empty equipment; household moving labor, transport of belongings and storage space are not included.
