Information you share

We collect your contact details, delivery and collection addresses, requested dates, tote package, and any referral information you provide. For partnership inquiries, we collect your business name, professional role, communities served, preferred arrangement, and any timing or message you choose to share. We also keep your quotes, responses, request changes and consent choices.

How we use it

We use these details to check your service locations, prepare quotes, manage your request and respond to you. Marketing updates require a separate, optional choice. Asking for a quote does not sign you up for marketing.

Access to your information

Authorized Duck Duck Tote staff can review inquiries and requests. Your private request page is protected by an access link and session. Keep that link private. Referrers, partners and prospective operators do not receive access to customer records.

Cookies and site activity

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your request. We record basic page visits and package selections to understand how the site is used. A referral code may be held for your browser session so it follows you to the request form. Contact details, street addresses and private links are excluded from site activity tracking. This site does not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can update rental dates and locations on your private request page. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact Duck Duck Tote. Include your request reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before changing or releasing private information.
