Your details matter.

Duck Duck Tote is operated by The Phi Standard LLC. We use the information you share to respond to inquiries and arrange your tote rental.

Information you share

We collect your contact details, delivery and collection addresses, requested dates, tote package, and any referral information you provide. For partnership inquiries, we collect your business name, professional role, communities served, preferred arrangement, and any timing or message you choose to share. We also keep your quotes, responses, request changes and consent choices.

How we use it

We use these details to check your service locations, prepare quotes, manage your request and respond to you. Marketing updates require a separate, optional choice. Asking for a quote does not sign you up for marketing.

Access to your information

Authorized Duck Duck Tote staff can review inquiries and requests. Your private request page is protected by an access link and session. Keep that link private. Referrers, partners and prospective operators do not receive access to customer records.

Text messages and your choice

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize text messages. The quote form has a separate, optional text-message checkbox, which is unchecked by default. If you opt in, we record your choice, the number provided, the consent wording and its version, the form used, and the time of submission. Text consent covers customer conversations, quotes, and delivery or pickup arrangements, not promotional offers. You can request a quote without agreeing to texts. See our text message terms.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as our messaging provider, only as needed to deliver and support that service. Email marketing consent is separate from text-message consent.

Cookies and site activity

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your request, and we record basic internal counts of public page visits and package selections. A referral code may be held for your browser session so it follows you to the request form.

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure public page visits, package selections and successful inquiries, along with general device and traffic-source information. We exclude form contents, contact details, addresses, referral codes, request IDs, private links and private request pages from Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and automatic form tracking are disabled. Choose Essential only to decline, or change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages. Declining does not affect your quote request. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Questions or changes

You can update rental dates and locations on your private request page. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact Duck Duck Tote. Include your request reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before changing or releasing private information.
