Your quote and confirmation

We’ll confirm your rental separately after checking availability, dates and rental details. Requesting or accepting a quote does not reserve totes, and no payment is taken here.

Clear, itemized pricing

Package prices start with a 14-day tote rental. Your written quote lists delivery, collection, any additional rental time or accessories, discounts and applicable tax. Quotes are valid until the date shown. There is no charge to request or review a quote.

What the service includes

We deliver and collect empty reusable totes. You pack, transport and keep your belongings at your own location. Household moving labor and storage space are not included.

Your dates and locations

We check both addresses and your requested dates before preparing a quote. If you change your dates, addresses or tote package, we’ll need to confirm the new details and update the price.

Extra time and rental details

Contact us before your collection date if you need more time. Extensions depend on availability and an agreed charge. The terms for your rental, including cancellation, returns and damage, must be provided and agreed before your rental is confirmed.
