How do I arrange my rental?
Choose a package and send your dates and both addresses. We’ll check availability and prepare your complete quote. Your rental is confirmed separately once the dates and details are agreed.
What is included in my quote?
Your quote lists the tote rental, delivery, collection, any extra rental time or accessories, and applicable tax. You’ll see the complete total before confirming your rental.
How many totes should I choose?
Start with the amount you need to pack, including books, kitchen items, clothes and other belongings. If you’re unsure, tell us about your move and we’ll help you choose. Tote packages don’t include moving or packing labor.
Can you collect from my new address?
Yes. Request delivery at your current address and collection at your new one. We’ll check both locations and confirm the route and price in your quote.
What if I need the totes for longer?
Choose your preferred dates when you request a quote. For extra time during a rental, contact us before the collection date. Extensions depend on availability and an agreed charge.
Do you move or store my belongings?
You pack, transport and keep your belongings at your home, business or storage unit. Duck Duck Tote delivers and collects the empty totes. Moving labor and storage space are not included.
