Can we include a rental as a move-in benefit?

Yes, we can discuss a property-sponsored rental. We’ll agree on what is included, who pays and how residents arrange delivery and collection before you add it to your welcome offer.

Can you help with moves between units?

Totes can help residents organize a transfer within a building or between properties. Share the locations and dates so we can check the rental and delivery plan. Residents or their movers handle the belongings.

Does our team have to store or manage the totes?

We can arrange delivery and collection directly with the resident. Any use of an office, loading area or shared space would be agreed with your team first.

What about residents arriving from farther away?

We check both the delivery and collection addresses. Share the starting point before offering a rental; an address at your property alone does not confirm that we can serve the whole move.
