THOUGHTFUL SUPPORT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER

Give the transition a little breathing room.

There’s plenty to coordinate when someone changes homes. A clear tote rental plan helps the resident, their family and the professionals supporting their move keep things together.

01

Introduce a helpful resource.

Connect residents and their chosen family contact with Duck Duck Tote. We’ll talk through the package, locations and dates with the person arranging the rental.

02

Offer a community welcome.

Explore covering a tote rental as a move-in benefit. We’ll work with your community on the scope, price and coordination before it’s offered.

03

Support your move services.

Move managers and organizers can discuss arranging totes alongside their own services, with packing, transport and rental responsibilities clearly agreed.

A CLEAR PLAN. A PERSONAL CONNECTION.

You support the transition. We take care of the totes.

We coordinate the rental with the resident and their chosen contact, alongside the people helping them move.

Tell us what you have in mind
  1. 01

    Start with the people.

Tell us about the move and who will coordinate the rental with the resident. We’ll discuss what they need and the expected timing.

  2. 02

    Agree on the rental plan.

We check both addresses, dates, availability and access details, then prepare the full quote and confirm who is paying.

  3. 03

    Give familiar things a place.

We deliver empty totes. The resident, their family or chosen move professionals handle packing, lifting and moving their belongings.

  4. 04

    Collect when they’re unpacked.

We collect the empty totes at the agreed time. If plans change, contact us before collection to discuss availability and any extra rental time.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s work out
the details.

Every client and project is a little different. That’s where a local conversation helps.

Who can arrange the tote rental?

The resident, their chosen family contact, a community coordinator or a move professional can start the conversation. We’ll agree on a main rental contact, payment responsibility and the delivery and collection plan.

Does the rental include packing or moving help?

Our service covers empty-tote delivery and collection. Packing, lifting, transport and unpacking are handled by the resident and the people they choose to help. We can coordinate our rental timing with their move professional.

Can our community or move service cover the rental?

Yes, we can discuss including a tote rental in your move-in benefit or service. The package, price, payment and responsibilities are agreed separately before the rental is confirmed.

What if settling in takes longer?

Let us know before the planned collection date. Extra rental time depends on availability and an agreed charge. We’ll work through the revised plan with the main rental contact.

GOOD RELATIONSHIPS START HERE
